If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are generally able to make changes to orders as long as they have not been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel any order after it has been placed. Please be sure to include your order number with any change or cancellation requests.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email within 5 days of receipt of your items to arrange a return or a replacement. All returns require prior approval. We will refuse to accept delivery for any items returned to us without prior approval. We can only accept items for return or exchange that are unused, undamaged and are in their original packaging with all labels attached. Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% of the purchase price. Returned items must be received 7 days after notifying us of the return or they will not be eligible for a refund. The shipping cost is not refundable and it will be deducted from the refunded amount. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, the same rules as above apply (shipping costs cannot be refunded). Once we have received your returned items, we will refund your credit card or issue a refund check for the amount of the refund. If you want an exchange, please contact us first to confirm replacement product availability. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. A full refund will be issued if we ship the wrong item or the item that did not match our website description.
SHS Outfitters ships all purchased items in original packaging with original labels in new condition with protective packaging. If an item was found to be damaged or defective upon arrival, please take pictures and send them to us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive a replacement or a refund. Please provide a phone number and email address where we may get in touch with you when you contact us. Please make sure you return the damaged items in the original packing materials and box with all labels attached.
