CAMP Alpina ice axe

With an ultra-strong, T-rated construction on the head and shaft, the Alpina is the ideal choice for intensive use on rugged alpine terrain. A unique, forged chromoly steel head brings this axe superior strength and durability, while a more refined pick offer optimal performance both during self-arrest and when swung into ice. The curve and arc of the adze have been optimized for superior cutting prowess, a feature which which will indear its user when chopping out a platform or cutting steps. Finally, the sculpted head with thermoplastic cap creates a comfortable hand grip when using the axe to walk on snow slopes.
