The Scarpa Women's R-Evolution GTX Backpacking Boot is a lightweight hiking boot that is as happy on low-level valley hikes as it is carrying you up to lofty peaks and down again with the utmost of comfort. The Gore-Tex membrane provides excellent waterproofing and breathability, and the Revolution EVA midsole keeps your feet in fine form even after mile upon mile of hiking through rocky, uneven terrain. The R-Evolution marries the performance and agility of a lightweight hiking boot with support and ruggedness of an out-and-out alpine boot, with Scarpa's Sock-Fit DV construction (which uses both Schoeller stretch material and memory foam to deliver a snug and comfortable fit) delivering strength and support where your feet need it most.  A suede upper tops it all off, adding long-term durability with materials that gradually conform to the shape of your foot for sneaker-like comfort.
