One of the world’s lightest avalanche probes, the CAMP Carbon Fiber Probe features six 11 mm carbon-fiber sections which fold down to a compact length of 40 cm (16 inches). The tapered aluminum alloy ferrules maximize stiffness and self-align for fast deployment. Using this probe is a piece of cake – all it takes is a simple tug and cinch of the ultra-strong 2 mm Dyneema pull cord and you’re good to go.
